Returns and Exchanges

• All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of original invoice.  Any backordered merchandise received after the date will be given an additional 15 days for returns. 
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Please ship all returns to:  You Go Girl Dancewear, 1230 Brownfield Rd, Uniontown, PA 15401.
• Please use the return form for all returns or exchanges. <click here>
• Please send back the merchandise with its invoice/packing slip. If you are exchanging for different merchandise, please indicate the appropriate information need. (size, color, etc.)  Also please enclose $5.95 for the return shipping fee. 
• If you need to exchange merchandise quickly you will need to place a new order and return the current merchandise.  We will issue a refund to your second/new order.
• If you are not exchanging for merchandise, a refund will be issued if within the 30 day period.
• We do not accept returns for dancewear that has been worn.
• Merchandise sent back that was not purchased through You Go Girl Dancewear will be discarded.
• We do not accept returns for items damaged in any way from customer misuse.
• We will accept returns for defective merchandise.  All defective merchandise will be replaced with the exact item and size.
• Items must be in their original box/bag with original tags.  Do not tape or apply anything to shoe boxes.  There is a $5 fee for all returned damaged boxes.
• Items considered "Special Order" are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.  If defective, they will be replaced.
• Items returned that have been worn or not in its original condition will be discarded and will not be issued a refund or exchange.
• There are no refunds on shipping/handling charges. 
• If the exchange is due to our mistake, we will send instructions for the return of the item.  We do not just refund any return shipping amount.  
• Any discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of actual delivery date.
• There will be a 20% restocking fee for any returns or cancellations totaling more than $100.
• Allow up to 3 weeks for processing exchanges.
• ALL TIGHTS, SPECIAL ORDERS, EARRINGS, and CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES.  Certain items are also non-returnable and will be stated on the page of each item.  We cannot process returns for these items.  These items will be discarded upon return.
• Clothes must be returned with all tags intact. If any tags are missing, the merchandise will not be accepted. Thank you for your cooperation.
• For sanitary reasons, undergarments of any kind are not returnable.
• All returns should be sent to:  You Go Girl Dancewear, 1230 Brownfield Road, Uniontown, PA 15401.  Do not ship via FedEx.  Sorry for any inconvenience.
• All returns sent back beyond the 30 days dating will be assessed a 25% restocking fee after 60 days will not be accepted.
• Refunds can take up to 15 days for processing.
