The garment is well-made and matches the description given.  When I opened the packet and pulled out the skirt.  It just started to expand and fluffed right up.
Disappointed with the elastic around the waist.  I would prefer more stretch in it and for it to be thicker.  I think that would come at a higher price for the garment.  So overall happy.
I purchased one in pink and one in white.
