Returns & Exchanges

  • All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of original invoice. Any backordered merchandise received after the date will be given an additional 15 days for returns.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Any discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of actual delivery date.
  • All returns should be sent to: You Go Girl Dancewear, 116 Mikluscak Lane, Uniontown, PA 15401. Do not ship via FedEx. Sorry for any inconvenience.
  • Refunds can take up to 15 days for processing.


COSTUMES

  • All costumes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. No exceptions.
  • Defective merchandise will be replaced. No refunds.

RETURNS

  • Please ship all returns to: You Go Girl Dancewear, 116 Mikluscak Ln, Uniontown, PA 15401.
  • Please use the return form for all returns or exchanges. <click here>
  • Please send back the merchandise with its invoice/packing slip.
  • If you are not exchanging for merchandise, a refund will be issued if within the 30 day period.
  • Items must be in their original box/bag with original tags. Do not tape or apply anything to shoe boxes. There is a $5 fee for all returned damaged boxes/bag. (not shipping envelopes)
  • There will be a 20% restocking fee for any returns or cancellations totaling more than $100.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • We do not accept returns / exchanges for dancewear that has been worn.
  • We do not accept returns for items damaged in any way from customer misuse.
  • Merchandise sent back that was not purchased through You Go Girl Dancewear will be discarded.
  • ALL COSTUMES, TIGHTS, SPECIAL ORDERS, EARRINGS, and CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES. Certain items are also non-returnable and will be stated on the page of each item. We cannot process returns for these items. These items will be discarded upon return.
  • Items considered "Special Order" are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If defective, they will be replaced.
  • Items returned that have been worn or not in its original condition will be discarded and will not be issued a refund or exchange.
  • Clothes must be returned with all tags intact. If any tags are missing, the merchandise will not be accepted. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • There are no refunds on shipping/handling charges.
  • All returns sent back beyond the 30 days dating will be assessed a 25% restocking fee after 60 days will not be accepted.
  • For sanitary reasons, undergarments of any kind are not returnable.

EXCHANGES

  • If you are exchanging for different merchandise, please indicate the appropriate information needed. (size, color, etc.) Also please enclose $5.95 for the return shipping fee via USPS.
  • If you need to exchange merchandise quickly you will need to place a new order and return the current merchandise. We will issue a refund to your second/new order.
  • Allow up to 3 weeks for processing exchanges. This includes shipping time to get to us, processing time, and return shipping time to you.
  • If the exchange is due to our mistake, we will send instructions for the return of the item. We do not just refund any return shipping amount.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

  • We will accept returns for defective merchandise. All defective merchandise will be replaced with the exact item and size. We cannot issue refunds after 30 days.
