After purchasing this item, I was notified it was out of stock and told they could manufacture it within a month, so I waited. However, the item I received after a month of waiting wasn't even from the same brand; it was a copycat. It wasn't even an exact replica of the product, nor was it manufactured as advertised in the product description. I complained about this, but I received no response. This is the worst buying experience ever.
