Placed my order and had to call 5 days later to check on the status only to find out 90% of what I ordered was out of stock. Then it took 3 more days before what was  ordered was even shipped.  You could do better with communication because that is lacking. I ordered the items you didn't have from another company the same day I found out and was contacted by phone immediately if something was out of stock and still got that order before this one. You could also improve on your processing/shipping time  as well.
