The baton does not bounce and does not roll when it falls onto the floor, just as advertised! The part about sensicore reducing vibrations we have not verified yet, but I expect that it is possible.
Customer service was great, accommodating my request of combining a second order into another order, after I submitted the first. The packaging was secure, just enough (no excessive waste of material) came on time and in perfect condition.
