The quality is very nice but this is by no means a 3x. I normally wear an XL or XXL but was nervous about it fitting so I figured I'd rather have a wrap skirt that was too large than too small so I sized up. By no means is this a 3x, this thing doesn't close over my waist and leaves a small section showing.
